Fit For Function Educate.
RECreate.
Integrate Functional
training is an emerging concept that is an intentional
means of developing fitness to provide a better overall
health and well being throughout daily life. By
recognizing the active role that we play, we can more
effectively help our participants be fit for life’s
function. During this event, we hope to create an
educational environment that fosters learning by
providing opportunities for fitness enthusiasts to
incorporate new ideas and concepts within their own
program areas.
