Stallion Fitness Boot Camps

Boot camp is a great way to stay active and enjoy exercising outside. Boot camp is a circuit training that involves strength training and endurance.

Join Stallion Fitness for a 8 week mind and body changing experience, as they challenge you to push through any boundaries you may have, and help you reach higher you. All classes are in private studio environment, so Stallion Fitness boot camps include baseline assessment, measurement’s, before and after pictures, goal setting, a guidebook, guest presenters & graduation party.

Designed to help women feel good about their bodies, Stallion Fitness is not an 'in-your-face-hard-core' military style boot camp. We're a fun and friendly fitness program that is designed for women to progressively challenge themselves: no pressure to participate and no competition.

 

Boot camp Registration:

Limited enrollment-maximum 20 participants

Monday 7:00 pm -8:00 pm
Wednesdays 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Sunday 11:00 am -12:00pm
