The Grand Prairie Health
and Wellness Expo will be held on Thursday, June 28,
2012 from 9am to 3pm at the Grand Prairie Center in
Stuttgart. The theme for this year’s event is “Journey
to Wellness” highlighting the importance of getting
the community on the path to good health.
This free event will include health screenings for
blood pressure, child development, diabetes, sickle
cell, cholesterol, activities for children and youth.
The event will also feature an exploration station for
kids, kids cooking classes, a scavenger hunt for youth
ages 10-18, educational seminars and more!
The church with the highest attendance will win 20
free tickets to Wild River- Country for their Youth
Group! Plus Free t-shirts to the first 200 kids to
visit 5 booths. |
