The
Springdale, Arkansas EXPO is a FREE statewide event
open to the public and includes health screenings,
product and service exhibitors, and leading experts
talking about diabetes management and prevention for
Seniors, Youth and all ethnic populations. Information
will be presented in both English and Spanish.

"The Eurekan" is a
three-day, four-event multisport festival consisting of a
sprint-distance triathlon on Friday afternoon, road bike
tour rides and racing on Saturday morning and running
races on Sunday.
A participant can enter
individual events or choose "The Eurekan" challenge. The
Eureka Springs Multisport Festival is structured so the
entire family can participate in one or all of the events.
And for those who want to just relax, there is plenty to
do in this historic community.
Event Details
Finish Line - all events
finish in the heart of the city on Main Street
Triathlon - 300 yard swim, 10 mile bike and 2 mile run
Bike Tour Rides - 50 and 100 mile bike rides
Bike Road Races - USA Cycling sanctioned road races
Running Races - One mile fun run, 5K and 10K runs through
the city
Go Green Initiatives
In order to reduce the
incredible waste and impact which events can have on the
environment, All Sports Productions, City of Eureka
Springs and the Eureka Springs Multisport Festival are
taking steps to lessen the impact of the race in the
following ways:
- Online registration only
- Shirt options are given to each participant
- Solar power will be used where possible to lower energy
use
- Bulk race supplies to reduce packaging
- Recycling race supplies
- Donating food and supplies to local charities
- Non-dated race medals and awards
- Electronic race results
- Reduced use of print advertising
- Encouraging car pooling
- Use of low-emission race vehicles
- Use of electric all-terrain vehicles where possible
- More announcements to follow on ways we can all help
protect our planet.
